CARING FOR YOURSELF AFTER BIRTH

Chat with a Physiotherapist and discover essential self-care strategies for postnatal recovery, whether after a vaginal birth or a C-section.

PRE & POSTNATAL FITNESS SESSION

WHEN SHOULD I ATTEND THE RETREAT?

We recommend attending the Postpartum Retreat from your second trimester onwards. Ideally, joining before giving birth provides a valuable overview of what to expect and equips you with practical insights to navigate the early days and weeks of your postpartum journey with confidence and ease.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE RETREAT?

Each retreat is a day-long event held in central London at 1 Hotel Mayfair. You’ll gain access to five women’s health experts, such as obstetricians, nutritionists, midwives, doulas, and psychotherapists, offering tailored guidance for your stage of motherhood. The day also includes wellness activities like prenatal yoga or a breathing workshop, along with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a curated gift bag of premium products.

CAN I BRING MY PARTNER WITH ME?

Our retreats are women-only to create a safe and supportive space. However, we’ll share tips and advice during the day to help your partner navigate the journey by your side. If needed, we’re happy to arrange a one-on-one informative call with our team for your partner.
